NBA Youngboy arrested with 15 others on gun, drug charges in Louisiana

NBA Youngboy hit the charts big this year but has now been arrested in his hometown and his on-again-off-again girlfriend Yaya Mayweather may be pregnant

His name means Never Broke Again but it appears that NBA YoungBoy wasn’t confident that a hip-hop career could fulfill his financial goals. According to multiple reports, the 20-year-old rap star born Kentrell DeSean Gaulden was arrested in Louisiana yesterday in a raid that scooped up 15 other people in Gaulden’s Baton Rouge hometown.

Just this month, Gaulden was celebrating “Top,” his third #1 record this year, reported the New York Times. Now he’s implicated in what is suspected to be a drug operation in the Southern city. As reported by Louisiana’s WBRC, Gaulden was arrested when concerned neighbors led police to an abandoned lot on Chippewa Street, where they say it appeared a video was being made.

Police identified what they claim were two gangs – Never Broke Again and Bottom Boy Guerillas, some of whom fled when police approached. Three cars were searched with permission and seven others were searched after a judge signed a warrant. Police said they found multiple firearms, including an AK-47, scales, three grams of marijuana that appeared to be packaged for sale, and small doses of hydrocodone and Xanax. Seven other firearms were discarded in grass near the lot.

Gaulden was among members of the group who had large amounts of cash on his person – he was carrying $47K in cash.

Although it’s unclear whether or not he was bailed out, his lawyer, James P. Manasseh, released a statement to press that read:

“It is important to remember that when someone is arrested for a crime it does not mean they are guilty of anything.

Kentrell Gaulden is innocent of the crimes he was arrested for yesterday evening. He did not possess any firearms nor did he possess any controlled dangerous substances.

Law enforcement arrived on scene without any evidence of a crime occurring and immediately detained 15-20 young black men solely based on an alleged tip that firearms were present on the scene. We still have the Second Amendment in the United States.

The immediate detention of these black men was illegal in that it violated their Constitutional rights. The subsequent searches conducted by law enforcement were also illegal.

Even with the illegal searches that were conducted, no firearms or controlled dangerous substances were found on Mr. Gaulden’s person or in his immediate control.

Mr. Gaulden is innocent of the charges he was booked on last night and looks forward to defending himself as such,” the statement concluded.

As his lawyer stated, Gaulden is a suspect but has not been convicted of any crime. However, he has faced charges in the past. As the New York Times reported, at 17, he was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, pleading guilty in that case. Last year, he spent 90 days in jail after his arrest after a shootout in Florida.

Gaulden, now 20, told the judge in his 2017 case that he was trying to do better.

“I was trying to tell her like, I’m changed and I’m trying to do better,” he told a reporter from The Fader in 2017. “I’m trying to do the right fuckin’ thing. I just can’t do stupid shit. But it’s scary — you be scared to do anything.”

Gaulden has also had some drama with the women in his life, which culminated in the arrest of Yaya Mayweather, Floyd Mayweather‘s 19-year-old daughter. In April, she is alleged to have stabbed one of Gaulden’s children’s mothers. Now it appears she is also pregnant as Mayweather revealed what appeared to be a baby bump just hours after Gaulden’s arrest.

However, if Mayweather is pregnant, no one from his camp or hers has confirmed the baby was fathered by Gaulden.

AG Daniel Cameron to release transcripts, recordings in Breonna Taylor case

A Kentucky grand juror was unsettled by the fact that they weren’t given an option of charging two officers.

Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron has decided to release the records related to the grand jury deliberations in the Louisville police killing of Breonna Taylor. The proceedings last week resulted in charges of wanton endangerment for only one officer.

Cameron’s decision came just hours after an unnamed juror filed a court motion seeking the release of the transcripts of the proceedings, as well as permission to speak to the public to “set the record straight.”

Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron speaks at last week’s press conference to announce a grand jury’s decision to indict one of three Louisville Metro Police Department officers involved in the shooting death of Breonna Taylor.

“The full story and absolute truth of how this matter was handled from beginning to end is now an issue of great public interest and has become a large part of the discussion of public trust throughout the country,” Kevin Glogower, the attorney for the juror, wrote in the filing that comes just five days after the indictment.

According to The New York Times, Glogower says that the juror was unsettled by the fact that the grand jury was not given an option of charging Louisville Metro Police Sgt. Jonathan Mattingly and Detective Myles Cosgrove

The 12-member panel was presented only with possible charges for Detective Brett Hankison, who was fired in June.

A spokeswoman for Cameron’s office clarified for the Times that “the only charge recommended (to the grand jury) was wanton endangerment.”

“Our prosecutors presented all of the evidence, even though the evidence supported that Sgt. Mattingly and Detective Cosgrove were justified in their use of force after having been fired upon by Kenneth Walker,” said Elizabeth Kuhn via email.

Last Wednesday, in his news conference, Cameron declined to say what charges were presented to the grand jury.

The new motion specifically requests the court find grand jurors are permitted to discuss what didn’t take place in the grand jury proceedings, including “any potential charges and defendants presented or not presented.”

“Attorney General Cameron attempted to make it very clear that the grand jury alone made the decision on who and what to charge based solely on the evidence presented to them,” the filing read.

The filing says the grand juror wishes to encourage transparency while requesting anonymity because of the nationwide interest.

Atlanta activist arrested for using $200K in BLM donations to fund lifestyle

Sir Maejor Page has been charged with one count of wire fraud and two counts of money laundering.

An Atlanta-based Black Lives Matter activist is facing federal charges of money laundering and wire fraud after he allegedly used donations raised for the nonprofit on personal expenses.

Sir Maejor Page, 32, (born Tyree Conyers-Page) was arrested Friday after authorities said he spent more than $200,000 in funds intended for the social justice movement on tailored suits, guns and a home in Ohio, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Page solicited money through a GoFundMe account called Black Lives Matter of Greater Atlanta, the FBI said in a news release.

“In June 2020, BLMGA social media page received approximately $36,493.80 in donations, in July 2020, it received approximately $370,933.69 in donations, and in August 2020, an additional $59,914.69 in donations, all of this money was transferred from the social media donations to the bank account titled and operated in the name of ‘Black Lives Matter of Greater Atlanta, Inc’, owned and operated by Page,” according to the news release.

The FBI said Page told donors that their “funds had been used to fight for George Floyd” and that none was spent on personal items. “All movement related,” he said, according to the complaint.

Page reportedly used some of the BLM donations to purchase a security system for $1,310, furniture totaling more than $12,000, over $4,000 in Walmart items and Home Depot charges of $2,125.67.

According to the press release, “Numerous videos and livestream videos were posted to Page’s personal social media pages showing himself in what appeared to be newly purchased clothing, hotel rooms, and office space in Atlanta. Several audio statements are made by Page in the videos boasting about the money he has, his tailored suits, his nice cufflinks and ‘$150 ties’ and boasting about ‘my room way up at the top….at the top top…they put the bottom feeders on these floors…”

The Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation noted in a statement that that “over the last 7 years” several individuals “have continually misrepresented our organization and solicited donations all in the name of Black Lives Matter,” the organization said.

“The recent and past behavior of Tyree Conyers-Page, also known as Sir Maejor Page, has continued to compromise the integrity of the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation, supporters and allies. Our stance remains that Mr. Page is not affiliated with Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation,” the statement continues.  “We reject and will continue to call out the extreme misleading behaviors of people who utilize our name for their own personal wealth and gain; and, who are clearly not in service of the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation or the movement we represent.”

The company has removed Page’s fundraising accounts as well as any associated with the Black Lives Matter of Greater Atlanta organization. Donors who supported Page’s GoFundMe platform are receiving refunds upon request.

“GoFundMe has taken action to ensure you can no longer start a GoFundMe for BLMGA. PayPal has also confirmed BLMGA has been removed from its database,” the statement read. “Campaigns with misuse are very rare, and we take all complaints very seriously. Our team is working with law enforcement and assisting them in the investigation.”

Page was arrested Friday in Toledo and charged with one count of wire fraud and two counts of money laundering.

Mark Cuban picks up Delonte West at gas station to seek help for ex-baller

The Dallas Mavericks owner has offered to pay for the ex-NBA star’s rehab.

Mark Cuban was spotted picking up ex-NBA star Delonte West at a Texas gas station on Monday.

The Dallas Mavericks owner has offered to pay for West’s rehab after photos went viral last week showing the former athlete begging for money on the side of the road, theGRIO previously reported. Sports fans and the NBA world responded to the disturbing images. West’s former coach Doc Rivers and the Players Association have also offered to help …ever since he was filmed shirtless on a city curb, shouting expletives with a bloodied and bruised face back in January.

Following last week’s viral photos taken in Dallas, Cuban had been trying to contact the former Mavericks guard. West reportedly agreed to meet him on Monday. Video footage shows Cuban picking him up at a Dallas gas station. According to TMZ, West was taken to a local hotel, and is said to be receptive to treatment for his mental health issues.

West’s family and close friends have long been trying to convince him to enter rehab, but he has been reluctant until recently, according to the report.

West was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2008.

“I’m sick today [sic] my stomach right now seeing the videos of Delonte,” Jameer Nelson, who played with West at Saint Joseph’s, wrote on social media at the time of the January video New York Post reports. “To answer everybody that’s reaching out to me about his situation … all we can do is pray for Him and his family and hope that he seeks the proper help. Mental illness is something that a lot of people deal with and don’t even know it, until sometimes it’s too late. I’m not sure what exactly is going on with Dwest but he knows I’m in his corner and will help him get through this.”

Several years ago, after a series of bizarre events, West’s brother, Dmitri dished publicly brother’s bipolar disorder diagnosis.

“Delonte West is not crazy, he is not on drugs. I don’t know what exactly is going on in his mind but I can tell you that he is safe and he’s doing OK,” Dmitri said at that time. “My family are trying to get him the best professional help that’s out there, the best that they can afford.”

West played eight seasons in the NBA, including several seasons with LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers, the SuperSonics, and Celtics. He played for the Dallas Mavs from 2011-2012.

Chadwick Boseman gave part of his ‘21 Bridges’ salary to Sienna Miller

‘It was about the most astounding thing that I’ve experienced.’

Sienna Miller has revealed that Chadwick Boseman took a pay cut to help boost her salary on the 2019 film 21 Bridges

The British actress opened up about Boseman’s generosity a month after he died following a four-year battle with colon cancer. In a new interview for Empire’s October issue, Miller says the Black Panther star pursued her to appear opposite him in the action thriller, but she was hesitant to sign on.

“He produced 21 Bridges, and had been really active in trying to get me to do it,” Miller tells the publication. “I’d been working non-stop and I was exhausted, but then I wanted to work with him.”

Once she joined the production, Boseman went an extra mile by donating part of his salary to increase her fee.

“I didn’t know whether or not to tell this story, and I haven’t yet. But I am going to tell it, because I think it’s a testament to who he was,” Miller says. “This was a pretty big budget film, and I know that everybody understands about the pay disparity in Hollywood, but I asked for a number that the studio wouldn’t get to,” she explained.

“And because I was hesitant to go back to work and my daughter was starting school and it was an inconvenient time, I said, ‘I’ll do it if I’m compensated in the right way.’ And Chadwick ended up donating some of his salary to get me to the number that I had asked for. He said that that was what I deserved to be paid,” Miller added.

“It was about the most astounding thing that I’ve experienced,” she continues. “That kind of thing just doesn’t happen. He said, ‘You’re getting paid what you deserve, and what you’re worth.’ It’s just unfathomable to imagine another man in that town behaving that graciously or respectfully.”

Miller says the reaction she receives from some of her male colleagues after she speaks about her experience with Boseman is priceless.

“In the aftermath of this, I’ve told other male actor friends of mine that story and they all go very very quiet and go home and probably have to sit and think about things for a while. But there was no showiness. It was, ‘Of course I’ll get you to that number, because that’s what you should be paid,’” she says.

Although Boseman is best known for Black Panther, he starred in several important projects throughout his incredible career. In 42, he played trailblazing baseball legend Jackie Robinson, and took on the role of Thurgood Marshall in Marshall.

theGRIO previously reported, artist Nikkolas Smith unveiled his touching tribute mural to Boseman last week, located at Downtown Disney. It is the shopping district located right outside of the Disneyland theme parks in Anaheim, California.

The installation, entitled “King Chad,” shows Boseman giving the “Wakanda Forever” salute to a young child wearing a Black Panther mask.

According to data leak, Trump campaign tried to suppress Black vote in 2016

Trump’s campaign is being accused of ‘deterring’ Black voters.

Donald Trump’s campaign is being accused of trying to deter Black voters in the 2016 election.

Read More: CDC director Redfield raises alarm over Trump’s new virus adviser

According to a report by British News Channel 4, the Trump campaign compiled data on over 200 million American voters into eight ‘audiences,’ for online ad targeting purposes. One group titled “Deterrence” was beside the names of 3.5 million Black voters, the citizens’ Trump did not want to vote on election day, per the report.

These groups were created to determine which ads would serve various audiences. For example, African Americans in Georgia are only 32% of the population but made up 61% of the deterrence category. Black people account for 22% of the population in North Carolina but represented 46% of the “Deterrence” group.

According to Channel 4, the leaked data is made up of more than 5,000 files and 5 terabytes—making it one of the largest leaked files in history.

But back in 2016 when PBS spoke to the Trump campaign’s digital director, Brad Parscale, he denied targeting Black people.

“No. We didn’t write any kind of suppression and/or campaigns in any way that ran to—I don’t think we actually—we didn’t run on a campaign, I believe,” Parscale told PBS. ”I would say I’m nearly 100 percent sure we did not run any campaigns that targeted even African-Americans…I would take what they do and how they consume information. The things they buy, the jobs they have, [would] be more important than the color of their skin.”

It is unclear exactly how Trump’s team used the list to deter Black voters but The Daily Beast reports that Cambridge Analytical, the former British political consulting firm pushed “dark posts” to tarnish Trump’s opponent, Hilary Clinton.  One example of this was an infamous video from 1996 when Clinton referenced Black “super-predators.” In a document viewed by Channel 4 News, Cambridge Analytical claims the Trump campaign spent $55K on these types of ads in Georgia alone.

“We use data… but it’s to motivate, persuade, and encourage folks to participate. We don’t use the data to say who can we deter and keep at home. That just seems, fundamentally, it’s a shift from the notion of democracy,” Jamal Watkins of the NAACP said once he was presented with the news of Channel 4’s findings.

Rashad Robinson, a spokesperson for the Color Of Change PAC, released a statement obtained by theGrio when news of the leaked data broke today.

“This investigation confirms what we’ve always known: Trump and his campaign are actively trying to keep Black Americans from voting. But what’s most disturbing here is not just the campaign’s clear intent to suppress Black votes; it’s the brazen steps they took to research, target, and discourage Black voters.”

Robinson continues, “We are just five weeks away from a monumental election and, while the Trump campaign looks to lure Black voters with a flimsy policy agenda, we are seeing his true colors. The findings of this investigation should be a wake-up call to Black voters. This November, we must show up at the polls in record numbers and vote for an administration that supports free and fair elections.”

Maryland man accused of killing woman, son who witnessed murder

Authorities say Andre Ricardo ‘Poo’ Briscoe shot the child in the head and mouth to prevent him from talking to police.

A Maryland drug dealer has been charged with the 2015 killings of a young mother and her 7-year-old son.

Andre Ricardo “Poo” Briscoe, 37, was already in custody when a grand jury indicted him last week on federal drug and firearms charges tied to the murder of Jennifer Jeffrey, 31, and her son Kester Browne. The shootings occurred in their Southwest Baltimore home on May 27, 2015, PEOPLE reports.

Briscoe was first arrested in May on drug distribution charges related to the date of the killings. Judge Richard D. Bennett outlined in a court filing last month that Jeffrey was a heroin dealer and Briscoe was her “weekly or twice weekly customer.”

“From March through October 2015, Briscoe conspired with others to distribute heroin,” reads a statement from the Department of Justice. “The indictment alleges that on May 27, 2015, in connection with his drug distribution, Briscoe committed an armed robbery and during the course of the robbery shot and killed Jennifer Jeffrey and Jeffrey’s seven-year-old child.”

Read More: Maryland man gets year in prison for hosting large parties, ignoring gathering limits

Authorities say Briscoe shot the child in the head and mouth to prevent him from telling police what he witnessed.

“These murders are shocking and unconscionable,” the statement quotes U.S. Attorney Rob Hur as saying. “This indictment should make one thing crystal clear: If you touch a witness, especially a child, the full weight of federal law enforcement will be harnessed to find you and bring you to justice. And we will not stop investigating until we bring to justice anyone else who was involved.”

Briscoe’s attorney, William Purpura, told The Sun that the timing of the charges against his client are quite suspect. While there is no statute of limitations for murder, the killings are connected to federal drug trafficking charges, and prosecutors are subject to the filing time limits.

“It’s kind of perplexing and mysterious and concerning to Mr. Briscoe,” Purpura told the paper.

“There’s going to be an issue of when the killings actually occurred,” he said, noting that Briscoe can prove he was living in Cambridge at the time of the murders.

Briscoe has been charged with “federal drug distribution charges, use of a firearm to commit murder in relation to the drug trafficking crimes, killing a witness to prevent communication with law enforcement, and being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition,” the statement indicates.

If convicted, he faces either death or life in prison.

Doc Rivers out as Clippers’ coach after seven seasons

The move comes about two weeks after the Clippers squandered a 3-1 series lead and lost to the Denver Nuggets

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (AP) — Doc Rivers would easily be considered the best coach in Los Angeles Clippers history. Most wins. Most playoff appearances. Top winning percentage.

And now he’s out.

Rivers announced in a statement posted to Twitter on Monday that he is not returning as coach. The move comes about two weeks after the Clippers wasted a 3-1 series lead and lost to the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference semifinals.

Read More: Doc Rivers, NBA attempting to help Delonte West after new photo surfaces

“Doc has been a terrific coach for the Clippers, an incredible ambassador, and a pillar of strength during tumultuous times,” Clippers Chairman Steve Ballmer said in a statement. “He won a heck of a lot of games and laid a foundation for this franchise.”

The Clippers said Rivers and Ballmer came to the decision jointly.

Rivers spent seven seasons with the Clippers, making the playoffs in six of them — major success for a once-woebegone franchise. This season’s team, with the summer 2019 additions of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, was expected to compete for a championship.

But losing three closeout opportunities to the Nuggets cost the Clippers a chance to play the Los Angeles Lakers in the West finals, and likely played a role in Rivers not remaining as coach.

“When I took this job, my goals were to make this a winning basketball program, a free agent destination, and bring a championship to this organization,” Rivers wrote in the statement. “While I was able to accomplish most of my goals, I won’t be able to see them all through.”

Rivers went 356-208 over seven seasons with the Clippers, taking them to the West second round three times. But the franchise has never made the conference finals, and going 0-3 in chance to get there this year was a devastating blow.

Expectations were high, and on the night the season ended, Rivers took responsibility.

“We didn’t meet them. That’s the bottom line,” Rivers said on Sept. 15 after the Game 7 loss. “I’m the coach and I’ll take any blame for it. But we didn’t meet our expectations, clearly.”

This was the third time Rivers saw one of his teams waste a 3-1 series lead. It also happened with eighth-seeded Orlando against top-seeded Detroit in 2003, and with the Clippers against Houston in 2015.

The Clippers went 49-23 in the regular season, the fourth-best record in franchise history. Rivers has been the coach in five of the Clippers’ six best regular seasons.

Rivers thanked fans for their support.

“Though it was a disappointing end to our season, you are right there and I know what this team is capable of accomplishing with your support,” Rivers said. “Thank you to all the players, coaches, and staff for helping us get here. Most importantly, thank you to the fans. We went through a lot, and I am grateful for my time here.”

The Clippers’ job becomes the sixth current vacancy in the NBA, along with Houston, Indiana, Philadelphia, Oklahoma City and New Orleans. New York, Brooklyn and Chicago have already filled vacancies in their offseasons.

Rivers’ departure means the league also is down to four Black coaches currently with jobs: Lloyd Pierce in Atlanta, J.B. Bickerstaff in Cleveland, Monty Williams in Phoenix and Dwane Casey in Detroit. Rivers is the third Black coach to either step down or be fired this offseason, joining Nate McMillan in Indiana and Alvin Gentry in New Orleans.

Sam Cassell and Tyronn Lue were both assistants on this Clippers team under Rivers. Lue already has won an NBA title in Cleveland, and Rivers has long said that Cassell is ready to become a head coach. It’s possible they could be among the candidates to take over.

“I am immeasurably grateful to Doc for his commitment and contributions to the Clippers and the city of Los Angeles,” Ballmer said. “I am also extremely confident in our front office and our players. We will find the right coach to lead us forward and help us reach our ultimate goals. We will begin the search and interview process immediately.”

Charlize Theron posts rare photo of daughters on National Daughters Day

Oscar-winning actress Charlize Theron usually keeps her life with her African American adopted daughters private

Oscar-winning actress Charlize Theron is generally a private person, so celebrity watchers were surprised to see that she recently posted pictures of her daughters, Jackson and August, on National Daughters Day. The South African-born actress adopted Jackson in 2012 and August in 2015. Both are African-American children born in the United States, according to multiple sources.

The 45-year-old won the Best Actress Oscar in 2004 for her role as serial killer Aileen Wournos in Monster. In 2019, she portrayed controversial ex-Fox News and NBC host, Megyn Kelly, in the sexual harassment movie Bombshell.

Theron, who grew up in South Africa during apartheid, told NPR in 2019 while promoting Bombshell that she didn’t choose to adopt from any particular race despite her African heritage.

“I cast a very wide net. I wanted to believe that somehow my child would find me in the way that we were just meant to be, ” Theron told NPR.

“So I wasn’t specific with anything. … In whatever country they would allow me as a single woman to adopt, that’s where I filed. And it just happened to be that both my children ended up being American. They were born in the United States and they both happened to be African American. Everything that I hoped would happen during my adoption process did happen because these two babies were meant to be in my life — and they’re my children. ..”

That same year, Theron revealed that Jackson, 7, was a transgender girl, quelling online speculation that started when fans would see Jackson in dresses when Theron was snapped by the paparazzi.

“Yes, I thought she was a boy, too,” Theron told The Daily Mail. “Until she looked at me when she was three years old and said, ‘I am not a boy!’

“So there you go. I have two beautiful daughters who, just like any parent, I want to protect and I want to see thrive.”

Theron said that she at first struggled to use the right pronouns and would talk to the press at first by identifying Jackson as her son. She told Pridesource that now that she’s corrected herself, she hasn’t said much more about it, for good reason.

“I haven’t really talked about it ever since, again, because outside of just asking that respectfully of the press – and the world, hopefully – the rest is really private and it’s her story, and it’s really up to her to decide if she wants to share that.”

Willow Smith responds to Jada Pinkett Smith’s ‘entanglement’ with August Alsina

Willow Smith told her mother Jada Pinkett how proud she was of her on the latest episode of the ‘Red Table Talk’

The word entanglement may be the fun word of 2020 but for the Smith family it held weight.

On the latest episode of Red Table Talk, Jada Pinkett Smith opened up to her daughter Willow Smith about what talking about her love affair meant for her.

Back in July, singer August Alsina revealed in an interview that he had been seeing Pinkett Smith, the wife of Will Smith, romantically. He claimed the Smiths were on a break and he asked Smith’s permission to date his spouse. When the news broke, the family and Alsina became the focus of memes and jokes across social media.

“At the end of the day, I don’t like how all of this came to be. That doesn’t matter, it’s all love, honestly,” Pinkett Smith said. “That would be something I wouldn’t comment on at all. I feel like it’s a situation I consider private.”

Smith was the guest of the episode and followed up with, “But now Black Twitter has claimed it as they business.”

Pinkett Smith talked to Willow about the situation on the latest episode of the Red Table Talk which aired Monday. Despite their family being the butt of jokes for months, Willow told her mother she was happy about her being forthcoming.

“I want to put it on the table. I’m so proud of you. To be able to see you and Dad do that, for me, that was like, ‘OK, that’s the real deal,'” said Willow. “That’s real love.”

Pinkett Smith’s mother Adrienne Banfield-Jones, who also sits as a regular host on the show, praised her daughter for having, “courage.” Willow expressed how impressed she was about how her parents handled the situation.

“Like, when you can be like, ‘I’m with you,” she said. “I’m going to stand by you and I’m going to hold your hand’… that’s really important.’”

After the explosion of press around the word “entanglement,” Alsina released a record with the same name featuring Rick Ross. The single peaked at number five on Billboard’s R&B Digital Songs Sales chart.
